Residents of the first two villages:
Miners - sell Adamantite tools (and sword too) + various ore.
Lumberjacks - sell adamantite axes and a lot of various wood types, and all kinds of coals and so on.
All these inhabitants you will need if you do not want to go through the entire map for resources to repair the ship

If you do not have money for adamantite tools then -
You can just kill mobs a couple of nights and farm coins for a full adamantite set of tools, then you can open one of the Chief's chest to get Ancient bow but will have to annihilate one of the villages, well, in the remaining village you can buy resources to repair the ship and sell unnecessary.
((By the way, you easily can get "Public Enemy" achievement on this seed by just killing the villagers and restarting the world until achievement pops up.))

Dudes from third village:
Food sellers, Lumberjacks, guys with white pants (sell rare items).
Next to the village is a forest of dark oak with a field of adamantite in it.
And a Plain with a bunch of chests, stones, coal, various ores, and a wagon.
