As it turns out, the Crafter's Kit Gift Bag -- which cannot be removed from a save -- has the undocumented feature of not just adding recipes, but changing at least one existing one: it changes the recipe for upgrading basic Physical and Magic Armor potions to Medium versions to require High Quality or better Augmentor herbs. If, like me, you'd rather revert this change, this mod does that.
