i think this is not working, at least the weapons spawns are rare on my servers even if i put te config on very common

i always did not get the reason why in PZ vanilla guns are rare, PZ takes place in kentucky, THE place you would expect to find lots of guns.

I have this mod on my server but it seems like it's not working. I mean, I can't see any of this weapons. Does someone else having the same issue ?
