Description

Divinity Original Sin 2 is a great game, but one thing I hate about it is the constant ambient dialogues, especially in city hubs. I found a simple way of preventing some very annoying NPCs from talking without having to kill them: I deleted their dialogue trees. This mod only affects ambient dialogues. Basically, NPCs are still working as intended, they simply don't talk unless spoken to!

Easily one of the best mods I've used for any game ever. Makes the game MUCH more playable. Now I can listen to the great ambient music in towns without having to mute my speakers because of NPCs spamming their insipid dialogue every 5 seconds on loop forever.
I genuinely cannot even imagine how something like that made it into the final game. Surely at least ONE QA guy would have pointed out that the constantly repeating dialogue while you're in towns is really annoying and breaks immersion.
