To use mods from Nexus, best is to use Vortex to manage your mods. It's quite easy to use, and does it quite well.

NP thanks i understand don't know my self how to use mods form the nexus , i wish steams would make it easy for payer to use mods in the skyrim game

In the comments section of episode 001 (see link below) I posted the entire mod list. The most important ones for creating and playing Roxanne are TKChildren and PlayableVanillaChildren.esp. TKChildren has had an upgrade and I don't know if it's still the same.

Personnally I have not the know-how to make mods in Skyrim. I'm sorry.
