sounds for me like :that game is like GTA with a loot of mods ....right?

after playing the game for a few hours, i have to say that the pc version is utter crap unfortunately, my rig can easily run this game on ultra, yet the only way to gain stable FPS for me is by setting it to low. I also seem to have a mouse aim issue which makes aiming really tedious, and this comes without saying, but uplay is really terrible, my 1st impressions are not so good so far. I hope that ubisoft are aware of the issues and fix them eventually

ubisoft has done a couple of open world games, you forgot to mension assasin's creed!
