This mod imagines that Scotland's Darien scheme got off the ground earlier and was sustainable through the century, both at New Edinburgh on the Gulf of Darien and Crab Isle just off Puerto Rico.

They replace the Dutch, who had 3 cities, so Bermuda (English) has been added with the extra slot. The Barbados fix is also applied. An expanded version adds even more new cities and graphics.
