2 - Context dependant on table position and stage of game.Generally don't pre-flop raise or bet early game pre-flop. Betting against equity early is bad.
3 - Context dependant. I'd only advise this if there is a flop with large range. Doing it after the river is a tell generally.
4 - Yes, strongly agree. Especially if the board has high range.
5 - Yes, if you have a good hand only.
6 - Generally no, that can backfire more often than not with equity, unless you know your opponent is inexperienced. Can make sense late game though.
7 - Yes, decent policy. Can backfire late game though.
8 - Yes for newer players only. If you know good bluffing opportunities I'd encourage some betting, especially if you are faced with a cold deck and the game is dragging on to high blinds.
