Rise of Man: Custom Isle of Man Bookmark

Description
A very stupid side project i made years ago, re uploaded and updated to the latest version of the game. Includes custom army units and a bookmark. To enjoy this to the fullest, play as the rise of man bookmark. this gives a custom ruler of the isle of man, aka the world's greatest backwater ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to exploit.

i worked hard on this, way harder than i should have. its quality garbage at its finest. have fun, and good luck.

now with a ton of fixes (yet again), new backround for bookmark at scenario selection screen, revamped custom buildingh. also includes a custom legend

I love the little intro message, in the character selection screen. I ignored it the first time, but reading "ending up in the prison of some wannabe goat fucker in the middle of asscrackistan" made me pause.
