1. Ophanim's tear should copy the player's tear effects and the damage should scale with the player's, otherwise, its current strength is not worth q3.
2. Broken Oar is an interesting item but its has too few synergies, hope you could increase them, such as the synergies with Brimstone, Mom's Knife and so on.
3. Wandering Soul should be q2. I don't think it's strong enough to be q3, but its design is relatively complete and doesn't need buff.
4. Lil Michael should absorb special attack method, such as Brimstone, Technology and so on.
