Return of the Dead: Zombie Survival Event 2022 Post Halloween

Description
This allows the Halloween 2022 event to be used at any time, and spawn with a pistol, one mag, and a med kit on initial spawn. i am not touching this again, but at least Halloween can be used by anyone now. Disable the main default scenario since its worthless, and make mine the addon used, so it works. requires both dlc
