I'd remove regret pedestals from the list, does nothing but ruin your day
new players won't really remember what the other time does most of the time anyway

Just a quick tip before any new players look at this list and decide to use these mods: If you want to still unlock achievements while using these modes from this person (Thank you by the way) you must first beat Mom so that achivements wont be disabled while using the mods.
