Boss of bosses
a.k.a. Straightforwardness

First of all, it is important not to take his straightforwardness for some tactlessness or simply bad manners erroneously. Despite the fact that Greasus killed and ate his own father, and that he is heartly love to tell his interlocutors unpleasant things that causes discomfort and embarrassment in them...
(!)There is a deep logic behind his every step(!)
Because at the same time the greatest Overtyrant could easily withstand the necessary silence and sagely hide the verity when it is profitable for him. There is no needless hints, tricky semitones and lousy understatements in his speech. Not a single bit of any hypocrisy. Greas always acts and speaks in accordance with his views. He never strives to conceal anything inconvenient or to choose delicate words in dialogues. He is just demonstrating his authentic self, not even thinking to please someone or to seem any better than he really is. And not really worrying whether others likes his reactions, statements and actions or not. He has quite a thick skin, and it is extremely difficult to hurt him (in ANY way).
Other creatures could be as honest with Greasus just as he are with them, and his attitude towards them will always be unbiased. He is not inclined to take offense and make a big deal out of a molehill. Also he sincerely do not understand why others are doing it so actively. Greas is an open book without any signs of infantile, ridiculous drama.

Everything told before is a phenomenon, that some might take for belchy rudeness.
But Gre is an alien to toxicity! His theses are free from ambiguity and pretense; they are plain and open as the sky. That's why he is the boss.

Toxicity

Toxic personalities often use their straightforwardness in order to spit out the negative vibes inevitably accumulated inside them. There is a lot of common manifestations of toxic straightforwardness. For example, many horned folks likes to declare war on you even while they are being on the other end of the map just to show out how cool (or hot?) and reckless they are. After declaring the war they might start to spread various unpleasant rumors, spur your allies to betray you and torn up all the trade agreements. On top of that they frequently love to teach others about life, give unsolicited advices and express unstoppable dissatisfaction at the slightest provocations.

In simple terms, toxic straightforwardness is a tendency to tell the interlocutor much more than he would like to hear. The interlocutor feels uncomfortable, the narrator continues to add new details or repeats what has already been said, trying to gain understanding and sympathy.
Of course, there are other types of toxic straightforwardness, and there are much more reasons for it than listed here. But its essence usually boils down to the fact that one person begins to tell another something that he did not asked about and would not really want to listen to.

Greasus are much more than just FAR from that kind of unhealthy maneuvers. He has a totally accurate vision of his declared goals and ways to achieve all of them. He is just doing what he think is right at the moment, and is completely satisfied with it – moreover, he is invariably always gets what he is moving towards to. This can be compared to a laser optical sight aimed at a target, because such a sight is clearly mounted on you, and everything else has so little and unimportant meaning.
No one is ever gonna have to solve riddles about what lies inside Gre, since he is a real living person. Not a fake in any way. And his heartful love to his precious ogres are more than just sincere and immaculate.

  • Beware: everyone loves flattery, and the truth makes them nervous. For all the nasty hypocrites and lefty illegitimates Greasus Goldtooth are always gonna be the enemy No. 1.

There is no gut bigger
a.k.a. Prudent bragging

A very common, but still very useful propaganda technique, favored by many authoritarian dictatorships throughout the whole history of mankind. Erection of a mysterious, ungraspable cult around the great leader is very important to keep the gnoblars and ogre bulls properly briddled.

Many are can't get away with bragging, but Drake Crusher can. In our case we have a deal with an ogre, who in fact is the fattest and most powerful one Tyrant among all the Ogre Kingdoms across the world, so there is not even a slight tone of slander in that postulate. Just take a cursory look at his gut, folks. Like, seriously.

Don't argue. Only Greasus decides
a.k.a. Forestalling

The exactingness, rigor and foreseeing of all the complaints is the foundation that allows Greasus to maintain proper order and does not allow bulls, related bruisers, butchers and even higher firebellies to lower quality standards, work “half-heartedly” and neglect the interests of the ogre's campaign.

For example, any genuine tyrant should be intolerant (i.e. demanding) to situations when he solves an issue for a bull (including helping to overcome an obstacle), and he does not even takes the initiative to find out how the issue was resolved. When bull says something like: "And next time save my ass on battlefield again!" + "It's not in my interests to raise my cautious and strength to become a better ogre!".

And what does it mean to be "intolerant"? Communicate your position in clear way to subordinates and react in case of deviations. And definitely do not postpone for later or assume that a young ogre should guess everything by himself. Don't you want to? Then be ready to constantly do the work for your little gnoblars and junior bulls.
Don't you dear rest! Find me flesh!
a.k.a. Rigorousness

A person targeted by Gatecrusher's manipulations will unavoidably end up pleasing him. No surprises, considering how badly he threatens to his poor victims. Poor bastards hardly have any other choice but to subconsciously make certain concessions to Great Greasus.
Many will try to show off their calmness and absolute indifference to the anger of the Tribestealer, thereby trying to confuse and deprive him of a manipulative advantage. However, in such cases Greasus always inflates the pace of his own aggressiveness and initiates a direct offensive movements with his troops.
Yet we should not forget about Greasus' coldblooded composure.
Because excessive emotionality, as a rule, accompanied by a violent emotional reaction, unweighted decisions and thoughtless statements. Hoardmaster knows it very well.

The reverse peak point is also not really close to Greasus - after all, usually, when the leader does not show explicit emotions, it is uninteresting and boring to communicate with him, because all his actions are surrounded by monotony, which gnoblars often takes for weakness.
Too rich to walk...
a.k.a. Frankness

During time of Greasus's reign, gold was finally recognised as being just as valuable as red meat throughout much of the Ogre Kingdoms. A master of bribery, the Tradelord has always used his considerable wealth as a way to inspire greed and confusion amongst his enemies. Yet Greasus' rampant success has not diminished his greed or his all-consuming desire to conquer everything he sees. That way in ogre's society everyone stays deeply motivated to keep raising both their own AND their overtyrant's capital. In their inner efforts to become the best of the best, ogres constantly creates numerous of great technological innovations and maintains healthy competition among themselves.

They work for Greasus now
a.k.a. Mindfulness

Greasus knows the value of good business relationships and friendly connections. He is always glad to meet new people, and even more so - useful ones, who could bring some sweet material royalties to Ogre Kingdoms's overall wealth.
Greasus knows how to play hand by hand with someone else, when it's needed. Empathizing is also not a difficult task for him. Drakecrush thinks it is important to maintain balance and mutual respect.
Greasus sincerely respects mindfulness. Especially Greasus loves women. In particular, the notorious Meow Meow was stunningly seduced in no time by his charming charisma, fulfilled with complicated social engineering tricks and deceptions.
Greasus is a very significant role model for his subordinates. Despite the fact that Greas knows how to play by someone else's rules (yes, the rules may be difficult, but still), none of his employees ever serves any signs of negative attitude to the great overtyrant.
Greasus is very patient, and has a good complement to purposefulness. Patience is the basic quality of any leader or spiritual mentor.
Patience helps Gre explain in nude details to the subordinates how to do the battle correctly, calmly tell them about the errors that happens and teach them to correct them.

Forbidden events on the Ivory Road square on April 15.
a.k.a. Enemy esteemingness

And remember: nothing happened on April 15, 2541 IC on the Ivory Road between Greasus Goldteeth and Grimgor Ironhide.

Although during early months of the End Times ogres of the Mountains of Mourn were actually no longer acting like a unified nation, Greasus is an Ogre who could out-eat any of his race. Any five of his kind.

But he has enough of feasting for now. Now is the time, once again, to show his subjects the vast and domineering power he alone wielded. Greasus Goldtooth and his loyal tribes are still a lumbering force that could strike fear into any realm and beat any opposition into dust.
