In the "Bloody Ties" DLC, you can prove your fighting skills in the so-called Massacre Hall by completing challenges, surviving mass brawls or killing bosses. As a reward, not only will your reputation increase, you will also receive opera tokens.
If you want to farm these opera tokens so you can easily afford all the new clothing and armor pieces, you should complete the Abandon All Hopes challenge repeatedly. In this fight you have to kill a pyromancer named Inferno, who can easily fall to the ground in under 30 seconds with a few tricks. If you achieve the gold medal, you will receive 18 opera tokens (bronze 3 + silver 6 + gold 9 = a total of 18 pieces) in record time.
