Slightly Slower Speeds

3 additional Speed modes between "Normal" and "Slow"

This mod exists because, for my taste, Normal speed was a bit too fast, and Slow speed... too slow.
So i've set these few in-betweens !

In the base game, with Normal speed, one month has a length of 4 weeks time, approximatively like a real-life month.
With Slow speed, one month is equivalent to 8 weeks of Normal speed time.

Additional speed modes are :

- Almost Classic Slow 0.57x : Equivalent to 7 weeks
- Somewhat Slow 0.67x : Equivalent to 6 weeks
- Almost Normal 0.80x : Equivalent to 5 weeks
