Full segmented playtrough of the game with all levels (including the secret ones) on the maximum difficulty (Duskmare) with Intruder Mode enabled, without using any saves, cheats or major glitches. Soap was used though, which made almost all boss fights trivial.

Every full Duskmare playthrough i managed to find on YT was done while getting the Completionist award, and while playing as pure as possible (no soap, throwables, skips, etc). Mine is just all levels any%, simply trying to survive using everything at my disposal, as long as it's not deemed as cheating (see restrictions above). Regardless of not 100%ing each level or not playing very "purely" this was still very hard. Longest video on my channel yet, and hardest FPS challenge i've ever done, so i'm very proud of this one. 
Hardest Duskmare levels in order imo (any% only): E3M8, E2M6, E2M9, E3M5, E1M7, E3M10, E2M7, E1M9. E3M9 Would be the hardest by far if it was unskippable but oh well, it is how it is.
