The issue is with one or more of your mods. If you ever installed mods from others sources then Steam Workshop , chances are that the outdated mods are still in your game files.

Follow This pathway to locate and uninstall the outdated mods completly.

Go to your mod save path ( C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods ) and delete everything in it.

Now Relaunch Isaac and Enjoy
