The Grenade launcher, when upgraded, makes all your grenades not only more impactful and grant them stronger effects, but the contact explosion no-nonsense makes grenades so much more tolerable in a pinch. Takes alot of inventory, but that's honestly the only drawback I can disern.

I agree with everything except the rapier. Berserkers are generously scattered throughout the levels, which in combination makes the weapon at least A Tier.
