Intro
So as you play the game you might experience the fps drop more and more as you play. I recently found a solution that fixes this.
Input into ISLC
Take note of you "total system memory" in the top left. Divide that by 2.

Now below that, in "The list size is at least" type in the box: 1024
In "Free memory is lower than" type in the number you got by dividing your total RAM by 2.

So for me, I have 16147 gigs of ram so in this box I typed in: 8073

Now on the right check "Enable custom timer resolution"
where it says "wanted timer resolution" type in: 0.50
Under that at ISLC polling rate select: 1000

Now here is the most important part. Up at the top where it says
Current timer resolution, you want that to be a whole number. Either 1.0 or 0.5 or any other whole number.

After that click "purge standby list"
Check on the bottom left "start minimized" and "launch on logon"

And finally click on the bottom right "start"
Conclusion
Now as you play you will notice the fps doesn't drop more and more as you play.

In some areas i would get 70, then 60 and then 40.

Now with this tweak at most it will drop to 50-55 when loading into a new area only for it to pick back up again to 60+

sometimes i will try to stop and start over again and usually that works. or ill stop, purge, and then start again. usually some combination of that works. thats my experience anyway.

Current timer resolution for me doesn't show a whole number, it shows 0.4991 if enabled or 0.9996 if disabled. Any idea why that is, is it fine like that? If not, how do I fix it?
