At least they should make an effort for ecology, Greenpeace or something should annoy them lol.
I don't want to go back to the days of 22 Khz scratchy dialogue like in the original Mass Effect, but when they're localizing this into like two dozen languages you'd hope there'd be some effort to make it not balloon up so huge. Anyways, thanks for the pointers on where the bloat is.
It's dialogs in multiple languages from both the vanilla game and the expansion in pretty high quality, so maybe it is at least somewhat compressed...?
Are they shipping uncompressed WAVs?! How is there even that much audio used? Is most of it dialogue? I know the characters can be talkative, but dayum...
