Description

War is on the horizon. The Germanic super states have successfully isolated themselves with a great war simply a question of when not if. Spain struggles to remain powerful after the radical socialists in America took our colony of Cuba. Despite this our navy is state of the art only to be compared to that of Germany herself. Yet in a world war, will a medium sized navy be enough to help tip the scales?
