* You can have multiples effects active.

On use can happen:
- Drop pickups (very common)
- Remove pickups (very common)
- Healing a heart. if full gives half soul heart (common)
- Take half heart of damage (common)
- Stat up (rare)
- Stat down (rare)
- Spawn a random item (very rare)
- Remove a random item (very rare)
* Is activated automatically when fully charge


Starts with "One last beer" as a pocket item and 20/20
- 0.3 Tears
+ 0.15 Shotspeed
+ Passivily gives a random effect on a unclear rooms. Boss rooms not included

On a new floor spawn a Drunk Beggar.


Quality 1 - Charges 1

On use will give to the next unclear room an especial effect.
They're 5 positive effects and 8 negatives.
Boss rooms have they own effects.

Rooms with this effects will drop pickups or chest on clear.
Boss rooms only drops collectibles or chest on clear.

The more effects are active the more probable of droping better things.
* Most of the effects can stack :)
* On greed mode spawns coins (nickels if boss waves)


Interacting with this beggar will happen 1 of 3:
- Drink
- Give you a random effect for each room for the rest of the floor
- Drops a items and sleeps
* Its cost 5 coins
* The item pool is the Beggar pool and is own
