Ship Floor Levels Guide
Here is a start to breaking down each level, made these maps using Diagram Designer.

Pity there is no way to upload a PDF, an exported copy of the levels on their own layer is only 131Kb and in vector form rather than raster.

C'mon steam get with the times, even an SVG would be easier too.

Maybe so, that's what threw me, is I thought what the key meant was blue was fixed room but could be built on, but pink was untouchable. Either way thumbs up, the guide's been good for planning out the white decks, I've taken to tearing them completely apart one by one. The Catalina is a pretty ship, but not an efficient one.

Maybe I can reword it another way?

Pink is when you cannot move or resize a room base. Like the Turrets on levels 3 & 5, you cannot change the room size. But still add things in the room to some limited capacity.

Whereas White is fully editable.

Ah, it looked like pink meant like the bridge and hangar deck where you can't put anything at all.

I made them Pink as you cannot change the area of the room. You can add Power Switch etc.
The doors are blue because you can remove them, or change to blast doors for example

One correction, the Transit Hub rooms on decks 2, 3 and 5 should be mostly blue instead of pink, they're basically fixed corridor areas, with much the same furniture options.
