I'm worried if well, will I still be able to get achivements with mods on, for example the external item desc and the music:isaac:

If you use mods in a save file where you havent beaten Mom (her leg), achievements will get disabled:steamthumbsup:

Basically, don't use mods until you've at least beaten mother, as using them before then will disable achievements. Once you've beaten mother, you're good to use whatever mod(s) you want.

uhhhhhhhhh i dont own the game yet but i'll get it soon. about that "dont get mods before you beat mother." Could you elaborate on that? Like, i mean stuff like "will cosmetic mods effect this?" 'n' shit
