Description

It has been a year since the release of Victoria 3, but gosh darn it if it hasn't been an eventful one! From a release which saw a disappointing warfare system that dominated the coverage of the game, to Paradox actually listening to feedback, and creating arguably one of the most interesting warfare systems in the entire series, Victoria 3 is in a completely different state in 2023.

That's why I wanted to jump back in, take a long look at the game in its current state, and give you my honest opinions about Victoria 3 one year later, while also providing a guide or tutorial of sorts, where I review and explain various parts of the game. In other words, should you play or buy Victoria 3 in 2023?
