𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙨𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙄'𝙢 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙄 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙, 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙚'𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜.

1 - STEAM WEB HELPER CLIENT uses a lot of RAM memory.Disable it.

2 - You just need to add this lines to Engine.ini :

3 - Open file explorer and type this in C:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy
DELETE ALL of the USHADERPRECACHE files.
Launch the game.

4 - Windowskey + R -> %localappdata% -> Hogwarts Legacy -> Saved -> Config -> WindowsNoEditor -> The File called GameUserSettings.ini . open it with an Editor like "Editor, Wordpad" and search with CTRL + F for : "ray" or "tracing" From "=True " to "=False".

5 - Cleanpsocache -cleanuserdata -WINDOWED.

6 - Open cmd as administrator
type "sfc /scannow" - wait until it is done.

7 - Check firewall and made sure hogwarts legacy was listed for both private and public networks.

8 - Nvidia control Panel > Manage 3d settings > Program settings (tab) > Find Hogwarts legacy > scroll down to Vertical sync (Set to on) Apply.

9 - Uninstall the game, delete HL's folder in steamapps, delete HL's folder in appdata/local, delete HL's registery key in Currentuser/Software. (regedit).

10 - Disable RAM XMP profile to load this game.
I also have steam overlay and cloud saves disabled for this game.

11 - If you have possibilities, transfer the game to an SSD and install the game on the same drive as Windows.

12 - See if you have twice as much disk space than what the game needs.

13 - Temporarily disable antivirus, or the firewall if you have it, disable it while installing the game, or trying to open it.

14 - Open steam in privileged mode and check the integrity of the game again.

15 - If you have 16 GB ram and manage to upgrade to 32 GB (I still think it's not a problem).

16 - If you have remotes, pens connected, turn them off.

17 - Razer and MSI cause constant crashes at Hogwarts.

18 - Open Game User Settings with text editor
sg.ViewDistanceQuality=0 (and all the other ones as well)
RecViewDistanceQuality=0 (and all the other ones as well
(add to GameUserSettings)
FrameRateLimit=30.000000.

19 - Increase Page file from windows to 4 GB small, 25 GB big range.

20 - Launch the AMD Adrenaline app, went into Hogwarts Legacy and then you have the various options and specifications what should the Adrenalin do with this game...went to advanced and turned off "Surface Format Optimization".

21 - Enable Resizeable bar in profile Inspector and also disable hardware GPU scheduling.

22 - In the game launch options, put "DX11".

23 - Roll back the drivers.Sometimes the most recent ones cause "problems".

24 - Another alternative suggested by a player.
When the Epilepsy Warning screen appeared, hit ALT-TAB a few times to switch between the desktop and the game.

25 - Much mentioned by several players.
Disabled the "Hardware Acceleration GPU Scheduling in Windows.

26 - Go to Phoenix - Binaries - Win 64.Right click in Hogwarts Legacy.exe executable file.
Then Go to Properties,under the Compatibility Tab and (check) disable Fullscreen Optimizations.Make sure run this program As Administrator is turned off.
