The way you play the character is as follows:
They are a METER BURN character. JUST DONT LOSE METER LOL
Faux Bursts, Flashstep after Charge, Timeslow, and Timestop ALL TAKE METER. Timeslow and Timestop EXTEND THEIR DURATION PROPORTIONATELY WITH HOW MUCH METER YOU HAVE. If your time stop isnt as long as you like, gather more kinetic energy then try again.

timestop is fine, its 4 levels of meter for a pretty short-timed combo extender not the end of the world, its time resume that makes it ''busted'' since you can just resume as soon as you start timestop and infinite combo the opponent :/

time stop is beyond busted make it punishable or at least able to defend from, busted ass move

look, just two things: remove time resume (for timestop specifically speed blitz is fine) and resprite some of the moves, thats it

This needs to be buffed, because Michael the Archangel? That's what Shinji should've been
