Adds a new charger model to L4D1 campaigns

The game will warn you that this conflicts with any other L4D1 restricted mods, but unless they replace the charger model, they should work together anyway.

I don't know if there's anything I can do to fix that, but setting sv_consistency to 0 might help.

also @braindead wanted to let you know that the spitter model is causing a consistency issue in pub games when you cycle from l4d1 campaigns to l4d2 campaigns

I was planning to improve and update all of them and pack them together after that, but I never got around to it. I will probably still do it sometime, but I don't know when.

Hey @Braindead Have You Ever Considered Making One Mod That Adds All 3 Of Your L4D1 Variants into One Single Mod As A Personal Fan Of L4D1 I Would Absolutely Love To See You Make A Official One With These 3 Models As They Are The Best I Have Seen In The Workshop & Perfectly Capture The Tone Of The First Infection In Week 2! I Hope You Read This & Give You Some Inspiration To Make It Possible I Would Sub To It In A Heartbeat! <3

I've tried to make the gargantua several times but it's very difficult. Hopefully one day I will be able to actually do it, but right now I'm trying to get some other things done.
