Then, on the global map, you can take these weapons from HW squads, and mount them on the vechicles

There is a Heavy Weapon squad hiding in the church near the Movement outpost – they can use these weapons

you dont in mission, a heavy weapons unit can take it then you put it on the truck after the mission in the army menu
