TL;DR
Just grind Behemoth proud quest, it will drop Curio sigils and Type D curios.

There are 4 different types of curios: A, B, C and D.
Only Type D curios can drop Legendary+ Sigils (Supp V+).
Any Curio drop can be type D, which is a 3.0% drop rate, so you want to get Curio boxes as fast as possible. What quest you do doesn't matter, only quest difficulty.
Maniac difficulty quests have 80% Curio drop rate. Each run is effectively 2.4% type D Curio drop rate.
The best farm for this is Icy Eye for the Holy Prize due to ease of killing Nazarbonju as fast as possible.
Intro
Curios are surprise mechanics of Relink, except you have to spend time to grind for them instead of cold hard cash. You will unlock the ability to open up Curios at Zathba's Appraisal in Seedhollow after you finish the main story.

You can only get 1 Curio per mission, and you won't know what you get from the Curio until you open it up with Zathba. Curios can have a variety of items such as materials, wrightstones and most importantly sigils. The drop table of Curios change with how far you are into the story. The very moment you get the Curio box from a mission, the item that's in the Curio is fixed and therefore you cannot save scum Curios.

The main allure of Curios are the sigils are exclusively from Curios that you cannot get from Siero's sigil transmutation and mission rewards.

The Types of Curios
There are 4 different types of Curios: A, B, C and D.

What's sought after are the sigils in the type D Curios, because they can contain Supplementary Damage V+ sigils or even Glass Cannon V+ if you don't have skill issues. The Curio unique sigils that do not have a + version are War Elemental, Potent Greens and Path of Mastery. Otherwise, all the other unique sigils have a + version in the type D Curios. Both normal and Curio unique sigils that are dropped from type D Curios are all + versions. The drop rate of type D Curios is 3.0%.

It doesn't matter what difficulty mission you're doing if you get a Curio drop from the mission. What only matters is the drop rate of the Curio itself, and they start dropping at Hard difficulty.

In Nenkai's Curio drop rate, it's shown that the drop table for Curios depends on what difficulty of quests you have unlocked, with Proud being the highest possible quest difficulty.

With tihs f*king rates (like almost 300h per one PROBABLY good sigil) I'm not surprising (disapprove this split sigil with WE thou)
Btw there are a good mod on nexus that gives you chance to buy it for 20 Silver Centrum with random proc. It's tons of grind as well but you at least know that you have A GOOD CHANCE to get a nice one

Oh yeah definitely cheated. You can tell by the fact that this guy has Supplementary Damage V+ with good subsigils.

@Drowdaro I'm gonna need proof of the Crit Rate V+ with War Elemental and the fact it wasn't a cheated sigil.
