In order to follow this tutorial, you'll need the free Art Boxer software:

If you don't have any assets to test on yet, here are some from one of my games. Right click each one and select "Save Image As"

BG + Logo

1. Launch the software, and then drag the files you need into place:

"Logo" is your game logo (transparent PNG)
"BG" is the background image to place underneath the logo (opaque, low contrast PNG)
"Export" is a folder where the generated assets will be placed.

2. Click the boxing glove

3. Assets immediately generated

Done. These assets are ready to be uploaded to Steam.

If you don't want all the folders it creates, use the "SteamAppSimple.txt" preset instead (see top of the window).

Don't forget to name your logo files following the Steam API Codes so that steamworks automatically assigns the languages (more info in detailed tutorial).
