Coalescent Audio System (CAS) Reupload

This is a simple reupload of an old-but-gold mod by Genesis. About a few months ago, they nuked all their mods on the workshop, possibly their profile to but I'm not sure. This was one of many that were deleted. What this mod is supposed to do is add reverb, echoes, and other audio effects to both your weapons as well as stuff like voices and misc. sounds in game.

Note: It is recommended to install this manually by placing it into your 'custom' folder if it does not work after subscribing
