No Experience Penalty (Hard+ Bonus)

Description
Made around the time update #5 came out. If any future game updates adjust this script file, I cannot guarantee that it works as intended.

Lifts the experience penalty from being too high level. In addition, Harder campaigns using persistent characters will award more experience.

Don't use both "No Experience Penalty" mods at once! If you do, one of the two will take priority over the other!

For persistent characters, experience gained is as follows:
Easy: 0.75x exp
Normal: 1x exp (default)
Hard: 1.5x exp
Serious: 2.5x exp

For original campaigns (without persistent characters), experience multiplier remains the same as vanilla:
Easy/Normal: 1x exp
Hard/Serious: 0.75x exp
