This is the ELPC version, but the translation should be universal with the original FCF.
Added Simplified Chinese localization for FreeformCustomFactionsUPDATED.
Allows selection of Conversion (+40) when possessing the Mykara main trait.
Removed the special version of High Seat of the Queen (+5) provided by FCF.
Allows selection of the original High Seat of the Queen (-20).
