i was dumping a bunch of the screenshots i had gotten which i liked so im not entirely sure when i got this, but i remember getting a of of these weird glitches at the end of the dlc campaigns. its quite unfortunate but it usually doesnt spoil the victory too much

oh, someone else had this bug.
using devtools and pressing k at any point in the game i see a lot of logs from like hunter expansion which i have enabled
maybe try disabling that
personally i dont mind this
