So first place is located not that far from center of Old Town. This is right here:

This is it, you just walk in and loot nothing special.

Same thing with second place, not that far from center of Old Town:

But be careful because this is place where you can meet survivals who are fighting big zombies, so after you killed zombies and got reward from survivals or you were lucky enough to not meet hem go here:

Same as before just loot whatever you need and leave.

This place located far from center of Old Town but if walk near by you can check it out:
But this is the only place where you have surprise in. Two bombers who are waiting for you to kill themselves throw grenade or something which will blow them. After that you are safe to loot everything what you need:

P.S.: If you cant find entrance in second part of building, there is a window, so you need to brake it it go inside.
