You shouldn't have to do all of this with a game that you actually paid for. Getting a smooth transaction and having everything go with zero problems is NOT the majority and 8 out of 10 buyers will face some sort of roadblocks and some out of those buyers will have no choice BUT to refund.
I just don't see many people even wanting to go through this BS, BS that they aren't aware exists until AFTER they bought the game and since this game is not categorized as having a major online component and can be played single player just fine, there is no need to even put a warning on the storefront page even tho the majority of players WANT to get to space and visit other peoples planets, which was the selling point of this game when it first came out.
EA is so messy
