Teto Hair Mod

Description
Adds the hair from the hit vocaloid (utauloid actually) kasane teto wow!

I couldn't find any mods that added her hair so i just made one myself


-Might update mod eventually with some apparel and more hairs

-Updated it it should now work with biotech and ideology and stuffs
