提高补给上限——解决卡顿

增加了发展度对省份补给上限的加成(2%→500%)，减少中后期由于AI分兵过多导致的游戏速度下降

The mod increases the bonus of Development on the supply limit(2%→500%), reducing the game speed decline in the mid and late stages due to the AI splitting troops too much

如果你想更改补给上限的数值，可以在mod文件中修改文本“supply_limit_modifier”的数值，默认为0.02
