REQUIRED GAMES
First you gotta make sure you have the specific half-life game like:
    (All Half-Life Games)
  • Half-Life
  • Half-Life 2
  • Half-Life 2 Episode One
  • Half-Life 2 Episode Two
  • Half-Life 3
SOURCE SDKS
Now you need all Source SDKs in order for all mods to work like
To install them is really simple you go to library and click on the Games button(LEFT CORNER) and click on the tools button

Now install All Source sdks (in order to be sure that EVERY SINGLE MOD WOULD WORK)
DOWNLOADING THE MODS
You can download mods thought MODDB or Steam (Some of the best are on steam)

If you chose MODDB you gotta extract the files into the source mods folder
which is located usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
PLAYING THE MODS
You should restart steam if you don't see them in your library after that enjoy!

You can also just click on Go Offline in the top right of Steam and then click Go Online right after if you don't wanna restart Steam, especially if you have a bug that causes Steam to reload because the window runs away from your mouse and just slides off-screen. (I have that issue, I don't know what causes it and it fixes after reinstalling it but after about a week it's back)
