What chests?

First key

The First key is located in the Cosmo Cove
When you enter Cosmo Cove, take the right path

Follow the path until you reach an ancient throne room and the key will be located on the throne.

Second key

It is in the Trial of Strength, go to the left side of the area and search the middle section.

3rd and last key

3rd key is located in the Astro Drone, fly up to the triangle shaped hole in it and it is in there.

What chests?

The chests are located in here.

There's an NPC that tells you about the secret keys that they are hidden around the whole pilgrim world.
