you need to subscribe to an addon for it to show in the list. Make sure the addon is enabled in Gmod. As a last resort make sure the files are in correct directories in an addon folder, before uploading to workshop

i know, but it dosen't appear on the map list when i check the map list in Gmod

you mean gm_desert? I see it on your workshop. But if you want anyone playing on it - give it a nice thumbnail, upload some pictures. Don't be me from 2014 uploading a map without a thumbnail, with just one photo depicting a freaking fridge and a map name not matching the addon name XD (I mean gm_neighborhood, my crappy map)
