Description
Win98 Background with moving flag.
Based on another project, i took upon myself and removed the clock elements since not only they were unfitting, but they were broken.
That + i found out that my previous ones (Windows 95 and 98) has broken flag movement on the latest / recent Wallpaper engine versions, so that will be a worthy replacement.
