The obelisk numbers are listed in the order in which the seals are activated. But if you are stuck on Tower puzzle, here the seal sequence:

• 1. Embrace Cleansing Fire
  
• 2. Commune with Spirits
  
• 3. Reach Beyond Reality
  
• 4. Conquer Inner Demons
  
• 5. Complete rite of Descent
  
• 6. Become Covenant of Darkness
  
• 7. Eclipse Insanity

You don't need to wait untill the sarcofague will end it's turning. Just touch braziers in said order.
