Needle Pistol

Description
Needle gun adapted for humanlike pawns.

This heavy pistol is the handheld version of mechanoid needle guns, firing 5-shot bursts. More accurate at long range. Its needles are not as powerful, but they still have high armor penetration.

Fills the niche of a reliable stopping power=1.0 gun like LMG but ideal range changed to the 20-30 tile range.

any enemy that uses spacer weapons in its weapons pool

Like the empire cataphracts that usually spawn with charge rifles, charge lances, and miniguns in vanilla. They'll spawn with this now too.
