Vista la presa bene con l'episodio precedente, era inevitabile che prima o poi il Petauro avrebbe iniziato Metal Gear Solid 2.
Questo sequel fece un salto tecnico incredibile all'epoca, offrendo una fedeltà grafica che non è invecchiata nemmeno 23 anni dopo, e un gameplay incredibilmente più variegato e complesso, ragion per cui abbiamo ritenuto opportuno provare prima qualche VR Mission.
