Just to point to the elephant in the room, I did this in the current version, on a challenge I made that starts you with enough cash to afford Geraldo, I could've done this on an old version where Geraldo was cheaper and stronger, but decided to give myself an extra challenge and do it with this weaker version of Geraldo (also just generally didn't feel like downpatching)
If you're interested in doing this I recommend going for it and trying to figure it out, it's quite a fun puzzle

Really fun challenge! Figured it out mostly all on my own, took 4.1 hours to do so, the only things I knew was that you have to do it on Scrapyard and that you needed to do *something* with glue in order to beat round 30, I figured out the strat I did and everything else

Going through the whole run, early game I decided to spend as little money as I could get away with, this only played any role after I got rid of the first lead bloons, so I'll only mention why after
For the first lead bloons, I'd drop glue at that specific spot, in round 27, at a point where exactly 26 bloons would get glued, this is to manipulate the pierce of the glue so that on round 30, only 3 of the leads were glued at first, the other 5 being grouped later in groups in such a way that almost all the leads were very close together and could be dealt with with one crushes (except one lead, which I just delayed until the crusher could be used again, using 3 creepy idols)
After this, the main concern becomes camo, as the camo potion takes too long to restock, and as such, geraldo can't keep camo for 100% uptime, that's where the extra money from the early game comes in, I start dumping money into Geraldo until I get access to bunnies, which I buy whenever they're available to get the Killer Rabbit as soon as possible, as it can see camos without requiring Geraldo to drink the camo potion
After this, game gets easy until round 81, when super ceramics start coming, at which point i start using more on each round rather than just relying on the killer rabbit and the upgraded shooty turrets
Round 90 onwards is the second hardest part of the challenge, managing your limiting resources to deal with the hardest rounds of the game, ddts specially being a massive issue
One noteworthy thing that I really fucked up was to not buy Geraldo's level 20 early, and so I didn't get an extra genie bottle like I'd like for rounds 99 and 100, you definitely wanna set it up so you buy Geraldo's level 20 in a round where you get a genie bottle for 99, but thankfully, I was able to finish 99 and 100 anyway

But yeah generally BTD 6 awesome, all expert black borders video coming 2028 lmao
