Opening the folder
first you need to open the folder of the game.

Right click on the game > Mange > Browse local files













  • The path should be something like this:


now click on "common". you will see the list of all your installed games and a text file by the name "localization.txt" if you dont have it, simply create a new text file, and name it "localization"
Doing the actual black magic
Now you simply need to open "localization.txt" and change the 0 to 1.














  • For those who had to create the file, simply copy paste this > localization = 1

yes, but you have to name it "localization.txt" for snowbreak to detect it.

if there's no .txt file just open any word processor, type "localization = 1", save it as a .txt file & move it into the steamapps/common folder?
