Price to CPS Ratio

A simple mod that;
- Displays the price to CPS ratio for each item.
- Will take into account any upgrades purchased
- Also accounts for synergies eg. grandmas boosting other buildings.
- The item with the best price to CPS ratio will display as green.
- Also updates the font to match the cookie counter!

Note, default colors are:
Green = Best option to buy
Yellow = Mid tier
Red = Worst option to buy

These colors can be changed using the three color picker squares at the top of the store tab. The higher the number the better eg. 0.235 is better than 0.000324.
