Do not pick up any Hearts (Red, Spirit, Eternal, Demon) for two floors.

Passive: Each time damage is taken, damage dealt is increased a small amount. Damage bonus resets each floor.

Starts with three Demon Hearts as health. When a Demon Heart disappears, damage is dealt to all enemies in the room. Azazel can still obtain Red Heart Containers normally.

Instead of tears, charges up and fires a short-range Brimstone beam that resembles a thick laser.

Can fly over rocks, holes, and poop. Ignores damage from floor spikes and pools of hazardous liquid. Can still be damaged by bombs, red poop, enemies, and projectiles.

Make three deals with the Devil in one run.

Upon death, will revive once with one Red Heart container and the Anemic passive.

Passive:Range up. Passive: When damage is taken, leave a trail of blood that damages enemies. Resets when leaving current room.

Have four Spirit Hearts at once.

Defeat The Womb chapter.

On Use: Spawns a poop. Recharge: One room.

Starts with three Soul Hearts. Cannot obtain Red Heart Containers. Any time health would be increased, ??? instead gains that many Soul Hearts.

Defeat Mom's Heart ten times.

Can fly over rocks, holes, and poop. Ignores damage from floor spikes and pools of hazardous liquid. Can still be damaged by bombs, red poop, enemies, and projectiles.

Cannot pick up Hearts of any kind and cannot have health increased. Damage taken results in a death. Revive items function normally. Note that as a side effect, all Devil Room items can be taken without cost.

You must die as specific characters and by specific means. These four can be done in any order (in one play session) as long as there are NO other losses in between. Currently, seeds will work. The following order is recommended:

1. As Isaac, die by a Mulliboom's explosion in either the Basement or Cellar (Seed: JTMD EZPF, go down).
   
2. As Magdalene, die by your own bomb in either the Caves or Catacombs.
   
3. As Judas, die by Mom. Easiest way is to damage self to half a heart before entering then running to middle of room.
   
4. As Azazel, die by Satan during his second phase (after The Fallen, before the hooves) in Sheol.

Appears rarely. Slightly more common in Cellar. Setting difficulty to Hard adds a few more rooms with Mullibooms to the generation list, making them a bit more common to encounter. You can use your own bombs to blow up doors to get through rooms with lots of enemies without killing them, saving some time. Unlike other explosions, these deal only a half heart of damage.

On Use: Duplicate's Isaac's familiars for the duration of the current room. Recharge: Two rooms

Lilith is blindfolded and cannot fire tears.

Passive: Summons a familiar that fires tears. Gains the same effects as Isaac's tears.

Starts with two Demon Hearts as health. When a Demon Heart disappears, damage is dealt to all enemies in the room. Lilith can still obtain Red Heart Containers normally.

Beat Greed Mode with Azazel

On Use: 50% chance to drop a coin. Recharge: One room (Unlocked by defeating Isaac in the Cathedral)

Trinket: May open shops without using a key. (Unlocked by defeating Satan in Sheol)

Starts with two "coins" of health. Being damaged loses a health. Picking up a coin gains a health. Cannot exceed two health. HP Up items and effects will refresh Keeper's health to two.

Heart pickups turn into Blue Flies.

Triple Shot - shoots three tears per shot.

Donate 1000 coins to the Greed Mode donation machine (causing it to explode).
